How to Retrieve Your eSIM QR Code
After completing your order, go to ‘My Order,’ click ‘eSIM Instructions,’ and follow the guide in ‘Installation Guide Step 1′ to scan and activate your QR code.

To confirm device support, dial *#06#. If an EID appears, your phone supports eSIM.
Install the eSIM before your trip or as soon as you arrive at your destination.
A stable internet connection (Wi-Fi or mobile data) is required during installation.
Disable roaming on your physical SIM card to avoid extra charges.
How to Install Simless e-Sim
Here’s an example using iPhones (steps may differ slightly by device and iOS version).
Ensure Wi-Fi or mobile data is available before starting.
Go to: Settings Cellular/Mobile Data Add Cellular Plan/Add eSIM.
Scan the provided QR code or enter SM-DP+ address and activation code manually.
When prompted, tap ‘Add Cellular Plan’ and ‘OK’ to confirm installation. Disable the default line if not in use.
Rename the new plan (suggested name: ‘SL’) for easy identification.
Upon arrival, switch off your main SIM’s data and enable data roaming on the SL eSIM.
Ensure the APN is set correctly. (Usually automatic, but enter manually if needed.)
