1. Can I use the eSIM on another phone?

No. Each eSIM QR code works on only one device. Once it’s scanned and installed, it can’t be reused. If the cellular plan is removed, the QR code becomes invalid.

Please make sure your phone supports the eSIM feature. If it doesn’t, the option will not appear.

Yes. You can end the package at any time by deleting or removing the cellular plan.

Yes. Simply purchase a new package and install the new cellular plan through the normal purchase process.

It’s best to activate the package after arriving at your destination. If you’ve already added the plan earlier, keep it disabled and activate it only when you reach the destination.

This error usually happens due to an unstable network connection. Please switch to a stronger or more reliable network and try again.

No, it’s a data-only eSIM card without a phone number.

1. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund for your order, please contact our Customer Support team (Home → My → Customer Service). Refund reviews typically take 2–3 business days. You may reach out to customer service at any time to check on the progress of your request.

Once your request has been approved, the refund will be issued back to your original payment method. Depending on the payment provider, it may take 7–14 business days for the funds to appear.

If you need updates on the refund status, we recommend contacting your issuing bank directly. Please note that refund timelines are estimates and may vary due to banking procedures or regulations set by financial institutions.

Full refunds are available when:

  1. The data package has not been activated and the eSIM card has not expired.

Refunds are not available when:

  1. The data package has already been activated.

  2. The purchased package has not been activated, but the bundled eSIM has expired.

  3. Multiple eSIM with data packages were purchased in a single order and at least one has been activated.

  4. Orders are marked as non-refundable.

  5. The eSIM was deleted due to user error or because the device does not support eSIM functionality. Please ensure your phone is compatible with eSIM before purchasing.

For refund situations not covered above, Simless Travel eSim will review each case individually, communicate with the customer, and handle the matter appropriately within legal limits. Simless Travel eSim reserves the right to make the final decision regarding all refund requests.
